How To: Glossy Eyeshadow
- Apply a shimmer of metallic shadow. Any formula works, although gels and creams deliver the best glossy look. Apply with a brush or your finger.
- Apply a gloss, a lip balm, an eyegloss or a shimmer cream right on top with your finger! Tap a small amount and avoid the crease.
