Running, jumping or dancing– you’re always on the move in your sneakers. Though they’re built to keep up with even your most adventurous activities, they can suffer from serious wear and tear.

Clean Them Up
Don’t let dirt pile up, and give your sneakers a deep clean every few weeks. Use a toothbrush or wooden handle shoe brush, water and mild soap to scrub your shoes down. For white sneakers with stubborn stains, scrub with baking soda and water or a shoe cleaner to restore the bright color.
Wash the Laces
What is a clean pair of shoes without a fresh set of laces? Restore your laces to their former glory by tossing them into a laundry net and putting them in the washing machine with detergent.
Always Be Gentle
Everyone is guilty of sliding their feet into sneakers without untying the laces. It’s a bad habit that does more harm than good. By forcing your way into them, you stretch the laces and the sneaker itself. Don’t send your sneakers to an early grave and take your time putting them on and lacing them up tight.
Combat & Destroy Odor
