The classic pant style with long stripes is the pin-striped suit with a white shirt and leather loafers. You can make the look a little more modern if you wear the dress pants with a plain non-patterned sports jacket. Wedges and sandals complement the look in summer. In winter, ankle boots are practical because the striped pants just disappear right into them.
With striped pants, accessories should round off the outfit, not bulk it up. Black leather bracelets and belts go very well with this look. Women can also match them with a patent leather purse and gold, but delicate jewelry like earrings or a necklace.
