5 creative ways to store clothes without a closet
If you find yourself short on closet space or lack a built-in wardrobe altogether, with a bit of creativity, it’s easy to find solutions to store clothes and accessories. Keep your bedroom organized and your clothes off the floor with these five wardrobe storage hacks.
1. Wardrobe rack
A clothing rack needn’t be boring! Whether you want to show off your most cherished purchases (like these bridesmaid dresses turned date night maxi’s, for example), your curated collection of vintage garments or transform your wardrobe rack into a DIY greenhouse, a clothing rack can be a cost-friendly and cool alternative to traditional built-in closets.

3. Invest in a storage bed
If your bedroom lacks the square footage required by a dresser or armoire, a storage bed may be the perfect solution to your small space. Storage beds can take different shapes depending on your needs. Whether you’re looking for extra drawer space or want to store bulkier seasonal items, these storage beds will give you the storage space you’re after.

4. Use a storage bench
A storage bench is one of our favourite small space storage hacks. Not only can it store sweaters and jeans at the base of your bed, but a storage bench can serve as kitchen seating, a living room window seat, and with a few coffee table books and a vase, a great living room coffee table.
5. Baskets are your best friends
Our love for wicker baskets knows no end. An easy (and affordable) alternative to planting pots, laundry baskets, and clothing storage, a collection of baskets is a must for any organization junkie. If you have height on your side and have space to stuff baskets above kitchen cabinets or under sofas or beds, use them as storage for out-of-season clothing and accessories.
