Festival hair ideas to try in 2019
Festival season is here and we can’t help but fall in love with all the trendy hairstyles, glitter and flowers! It’s pretty unlikely to spend any time on Instagram and not come across a handful of festival hairstyle posts. This year, festival-goers all over the globe are falling in love with more than just braids and glitter: accessories have taken over the scene. We’ve compiled some festival season’s trendiest hair looks – from pipe braids to space buns.
Pipe braids require some practice, but it’s easy once you get the technique right. Learn by watching this video from thehau2, then wrap around coloured thread for a perfect festival vibe.

We love some perfect space buns!! This style really took over last year and will continue to be just as popular this festival season. This 90s classic is super easy to do and gives you a boho, carefree take on the raver look. To make this hairstyle more 2019, try adding some barrettes or bedazzled bobby pins to polish the look.

Low maintenance but high-impact? This is the perfect hairstyle for those of you who would rather not keep touching up, spraying and tugging at your hair. Leave your hair down, braid a few thin strands and thread through metallic beads or thread!
Glitter roots are the perfect festival solution. Not only do they look fun & sparkly, but they also cover up your weekend roots.
We can’t stray too far from flowers when we’re talking about festival season. Add a few temporary coloured strands of hair and you’re ready to go!
